PayOffPlan is designed to work without accounts and without storing your debt plan on our servers. You can use the app instantly and privately.

2. No accounts required

You do not need to create an account, provide an email address, or sign in to use the PayOffPlan app.

3. Your debt plan data stays on your device

Your debt plan data is processed in your browser. If you choose to save your plan, it is stored in your browser’s localStorage on your device. We do not receive or store your plan data on our servers.

4. Contact form enquiries

If you send an enquiry via the contact form, we process the information you provide (such as your name, email, subject, and message) only to respond to your enquiry.

We retain enquiry emails for a reasonable period so we can follow up and keep a record of correspondence. If you want us to delete a previous enquiry, you can request this from the email thread.

5. Third-party processors

Contact form messages are delivered using an email (SMTP) provider. This means your enquiry is processed by the email service used to send and receive messages. We only use this processing to handle enquiries and operate the service.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect the website, including access controls and common security headers. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you (for example, data contained in contact enquiries), and to object to or restrict certain processing.
